Private Women's Self Defense Training
With Private self defense training at 2 Tone Boxing Club, women learn how to defend themselves in any situation from one of our qualified trainers or coaches, each bringing a slightly different approach to self defense including Ju-Jitzu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Kempo, Karate, and Kickboxing.
Purpose- We developed our Womens Self Defense Training program to help women empower and protect themselves, build confidence and discipline, and learn how to prevent and stay safe in tough situations.
